Tscharke 'Stone Well' Shiraz 2021 (Single Vineyard), Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Barossa Valley, South Australia
This is classic Barossa Shiraz with a modern twist, deep, powerful, and impressively polished. Sourced from a single organic vineyard in Stone Well, this Shiraz is rich with dark plum, black cherry and licorice, layered over earthy spice and finely grained tannins. It’s bold but beautifully balanced, no heavy oak, no harsh edges, just pure, vibrant fruit and savoury structure.
Wild fermented, aged in seasoned French oak, and bottled without fluff, this is Shiraz for the purists and the new-school drinkers alike.
