Every bottle at Guilt Free Wine is certified organic or biodynamic. That means the producers behind our wines work to recognised standards and processes covering how their grapes are grown and how their wines are made.

Certification isn’t just a badge on the bottle. It involves documented practices, audits, record-keeping and ongoing compliance, with a strong focus on soil health, biodiversity and the careful management of vineyard inputs.

For us, that gives you something important: greater transparency about what’s happening in the vineyard and behind the scenes.

And because certification alone isn’t enough, we still taste, question and curate every wine before it earns a place in our range.

We don’t believe certification alone is enough. A wine can be organic or biodynamic and still not make the cut.

Yes. Under our Sip-Satisfaction Guarantee, unopened wine bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery if you’ve changed your mind, selected the wrong wine or decided the wine is not quite what you were after.

Returned bottles must be unopened, in their original condition and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Opened bottles cannot be returned simply because the wine is not to your personal taste. If a wine is faulty, damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Unfortunately, Click & Collect or pickup is not currently available. Our warehouse operations must comply with applicable safety requirements and liquor licensing conditions, which means we’re unable to allow customer collections from the premises.

We do, however, offer convenient delivery Australia-wide, including FREE Standard Shipping for Victorian customers on orders of $300 or more. Shipping rates for all other destinations are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

If you change your mind about your wine selection, our Sip-Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return unopened wine bottles within 14 days of delivery for a replacement bottle or store credit.

Returned bottles must be unopened, in their original condition and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. You can subscribe to any number of eligible wines, with deliveries every 2 months. Subscribe to 6 or more bottles and you’ll receive 10% off each subscription delivery. Subscriptions of fewer than 6 bottles are still available, however the 10% discount will not apply.

Simply select Subscribe & Save on an eligible wine, delivery is every 2 months and complete checkout as normal.

Subscribe to 6 or more eligible bottles in your recurring order and you’ll automatically save 10%.

You’ll save 10% when your recurring order contains 6 or more eligible Subscribe & Save bottles.

The discount is applied automatically — no discount code is required.

How long a wine can be stored depends on the individual wine, grape variety, vintage, winemaking style and how it has been stored. Organic or biodynamic certification alone does not determine how long a wine should be cellared.

Store unopened wine in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat and large fluctuations in temperature. If you intend to cellar wine for an extended period, consistent temperature and suitable wine-storage conditions are important.

Once opened, wine will gradually change through exposure to oxygen. Resealing the bottle and refrigerating it can help preserve it for longer, although the ideal drinking window will vary depending on the wine.

Preservative-free and lower-preservative wines can also vary significantly in their ageing potential, so we recommend following any wine-specific guidance on the product page or contacting us if you’re considering cellaring a particular bottle.
