Sip-Satisfaction Guarantee

At Guilt Free Wine, we want you to feel confident choosing cleaner wine.

Every bottle we stock is carefully selected from certified organic, biodynamic and preservative-free producers, and we stand behind the wines we curate.

If you are not completely satisfied with your wine selection, our Sip-Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery for a replacement bottle or store credit.

Returned bottles must be unopened, in their original condition and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind, selected the wrong wine, or decided a wine is not quite what you were after, we can accept returns of unopened wine bottles only within 14 days of delivery.

Opened bottles cannot be returned under the Sip-Satisfaction Guarantee unless the wine is faulty or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Wine

If your wine arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, faulty or appears to be compromised, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and photos where relevant.

Where a wine is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or store credit.

Taste Preferences

Wine is personal, and everyone’s palate is different.

While we do our best to describe each wine clearly and help you choose wines you will love, opened bottles cannot be returned simply because the wine is not to your personal taste.

If you are unsure what to choose, please contact us before ordering and we’ll happily guide you toward wines that better match your preferences.

Non-Wine Items

The Sip-Satisfaction Guarantee applies to wine only.

It does not apply to non-wine products, including but not limited to:

  • wine fridges and appliances;
  • glassware and crystal;
  • aerators, decanters and wine preservers;
  • bottle openers;
  • gift hampers and gift products;
  • gift cards;
  • accessories; and
  • wrapping.

Non-wine items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Due to freight costs and handling requirements, wine fridges and appliances cannot be returned for change of mind or price comparison once dispatched.

If any non-wine product arrives damaged, faulty or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
