Sipping Satisfaction Guarantee - Wine

At Guilt Free Wine we are all about customer satisfaction, therefore we 100% guarantee you will love our wines!

We guarantee that every bottle you order will meet your highest expectations. Not completely satisfied with your wine? Whether it’s too bold, too light, or just not to your taste, we promise to send you a replacement at no extra cost. We believe in the perfect pairing, and if the wine you chose doesn’t match your expectations, we’ll make it right. If you’re not completely happy with your wine, just contact us within 14 days for a replacement. 

Our promise to you; we will replace any wine that is faulty or sub-par in any way. Even if you've just decided a wine wasn't quite what you were after, then all unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement bottle. Please note that the return fee is the responsibility of the customer.

If you are ever unsatisfied with one of your wines we will send out an equivalent bottle with your next purchase.

Items excluded from Sipping Satisfaction Guarantee - any items not wine including (but not limited to); wine fridges and appliances, glassware and crystal, wine pouring devices such as aerators, decanters and preservers, bottle openers,  gift hampers, gift products, gift cards, accessories, wrapping

Items excluding wine are not eligible for change of mind purchases.

Due to freight costs and handling requirements, wine fridges and appliances cannot be returned for change of mind or price comparisons once dispatched.

If any product arrives damaged or faulty we will arrange repair, replacement or remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
