Tellurian Shiraz 'Tranter' 2021, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Heathcote, Victoria
Deep, refined and distinctly Heathcote, this organic Shiraz opens with ripe plum, blackberry and redcurrant layered with liquorice, black pepper, cedar, graphite and subtle dried herbs. The palate is medium to full-bodied and richly textured, with generous dark fruit, fresh acidity and firm yet finely grained tannins giving the wine impressive structure and balance. Savoury, powerful and beautifully composed, it carries plum, dark berries, pepper and earthy mineral notes through to a long, polished finish with depth, freshness and classic Heathcote character.

Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, slow-cooked beef, venison, mushroom risotto, charred eggplant or mature hard cheeses. Tellurian itself pairs Tranter with grilled ribeye and charred eggplant.
