Their north-facing vineyard in Granton was Tasmania’s first certified biodynamic vineyard, adopting these methods in 2010 to eliminate synthetic treatments and enhance soil and vine health.

The wines, including Sparkling varieties, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, are crafted with minimal intervention, allowing the vineyard’s unique characteristics to shine.
