Stefano Lubiana Wines captures the essence of Tasmania, from the soil of their Derwent River estate to your family table. Founded in 1990 by the fifth and sixth generations of a winegrowing family, Stefano Lubiana Wines blends traditional and modern techniques with a commitment to environmental sustainability. Their north-facing vineyard in Granton was Tasmania’s first certified biodynamic vineyard, adopting these methods in 2010 to eliminate synthetic treatments and enhance soil and vine health.

The Lubiana family’s winemaking roots trace back to Italy and South Australia, and their lifestyle reflects a deep connection to the land and family traditions. The wines, including Sparkling varieties, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, are crafted with minimal intervention, allowing the vineyard’s unique characteristics to shine. Visitors to the cellar door may also discover lesser-known varietals like Barbera or Malvasia, highlighting the family's love for experimentation and exploration.

Stefano Lubiana Wines embodies the rhythm of vineyard life, offering world-class wines meant to be enjoyed with hearty food and good company.
