Fresh, vibrant and beautifully expressive, this organic McLaren Vale Shiraz is all about purity of fruit. Blackberry, raspberry and blue fruits lead the palate, with savoury spice, fresh acidity and fine tannins giving the wine shape and balance. Medium-bodied and unoaked, it feels bright, energetic and polished rather than heavy, with a clean, juicy finish that makes it seriously easy to enjoy.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled lamb, roast pork, charcuterie, wood-fired pizza, mushroom dishes, barbecue meats and hard cheeses.
