This sparkling red was such a surprise...in the best way. It pours a deep ruby with a lively bead, and the first sip bursts with juicy cherries, ripe raspberries, and just a whisper of spice. The bubbles lift the fruitiness and make it feel celebratory without being overly sweet or heavy. I love that it’s certified organic and you can taste the purity and freshness. It’s vibrant, clean, and incredibly moreish.
Would definitely keep a few bottles on hand for gatherings.
