The estate, managed organically, features old plantings of Shiraz, Grenache, and Pedro Ximenez, as well as newer varieties like Shiraz, Mataro, and Malbec, all certified Australian Organic. Their negoce wines come from select growers in Clare, McLaren Vale, and the Adelaide Hills.
