Stefano Lubiana Sauvignon Blanc (Fume) 2023, Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Granton, Tasmania
Textural, savoury and beautifully refined, this biodynamic Tasmanian Sauvignon Blanc delivers bright citrus and ripe nectarine layered with smoky flint, mineral notes and subtle spice. The palate is medium-bodied and dry with fresh acidity, gentle oak-derived texture and a lovely combination of richness and precision. Savoury, energetic and beautifully composed, it carries through with citrus peel, subtle smoke and stony minerality, finishing long, clean and distinctly Fumé in character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with chargrilled prawns, fresh seafood, roast chicken, creamy seafood pasta, goat's cheese or grilled vegetables.
