Bright, textured, and seriously interesting; this is white wine with edge - Made from a rare pink-skinned Grenache variety, this wine delivers crisp pear, white peach and citrus blossom, layered over a flinty, mineral core. It’s fresh and zippy up front, but with creamy texture from time on lees and just enough savoury grip to make it food-friendly.
Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented in old oak: it’s minimal intervention with maximum flavour. Grown in Heathcote’s legendary Cambrian soils and certified organic, it’s a wine for curious drinkers and serious palates alike.

Fermented in seasoned French oak, this is a savoury style of grenache gris, showing smoky, nutty oak complexities in its bouquet, the palate likewise savoury with fleshy texture and richness. There’s a charming honey note in the flavour and it’s accessible and intriguing. It finishes appetisingly dry and the flavour is long-lasting.
