Tamburlaine Wine Chardonnay NPA 2023, Organic, Preservative Free, Vegan - Hunter Valley, New South Wales
Fresh, textural and beautifully balanced, this organic preservative-free Chardonnay opens with crisp green apple and bright citrus, layered with subtle French oak, ripe orchard fruit and a gentle savoury spice note. The palate is medium-bodied and dry, with vibrant acidity, generous fruit weight and a softly rounded texture from wild fermentation in French oak. Clean, expressive and wonderfully approachable, it carries apple, citrus and integrated oak through to a long, fresh finish with subtle spice and savoury complexity.
Food Pairing: Perfect with roast chicken, grilled fish, scallops, creamy pasta dishes, mushroom risotto or soft cheeses.
