Hand-harvested and open-fermented, then matured in oak barrels, this wine showcases lifted aromas of red and black fruits with hints of Provençal herbs and pepper. On the palate, it delivers fine tannins, fresh red fruit flavors, and a balanced, lingering finish. Perfectly suited to grilled meats, charcuterie, and hearty pasta dishes, it beautifully reflects the purity and complexity of its unique terroir.
