Bright, juicy and wonderfully energetic, this Barossa Valley red blend is packed with sour cherry, cranberry and vibrant red fruits, layered with savoury spice and subtle meaty complexity. The palate balances the bright, tangy character of Tempranillo with the sweeter fruit of old-vine Garnacha, creating a fresh, lively and seriously drinkable red with plenty of Spanish-inspired personality.
Food Pairing: Perfect with paella, grilled chicken, charcuterie, tacos, tomato-based pasta or Mediterranean-style dishes.
