Juicy, savoury and beautifully expressive, this McLaren Vale Shiraz Grenache blend is packed with dark brambly forest fruits, layered with raw coffee bean, fresh curry leaf, pine resin, balsamic notes and lively saffron spice. The palate is generous and vibrant, with Shiraz providing rich fruit depth, Grenache bringing bright spicy energy and a small addition of Mataro adding savoury complexity through the lingering finish.

Food Pairing: Perfect with slow-roasted baby back ribs, lentil shepherd’s pie, grilled lamb, barbecue meats or hearty mushroom dishes.
