Mount Avoca Tempranillo 'Estate' 2021, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Pyrenees, Victoria
Bright, juicy and beautifully approachable, this certified organic Pyrenees Tempranillo opens with dark cherry and raspberry, layered with rose petal, vanilla bean and subtle cocoa. The palate is medium-bodied, clean and lively, with freshly picked cherry and strawberry fruit supported by soft, silky tannins and bright acidity before a fresh, savoury finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect with jamón, cured meats, tapas, antipasti, grilled chorizo, pizza, roast pork and mushroom paella. Mount Avoca specifically recommends cured ham, pickled vegetables, salami, antipasti, tapas and pizza.
