Fresh, vibrant and beautifully aromatic, this certified organic Pyrenees Sauvignon Blanc opens with crisp green apple, lemon zest and delicate jasmine, layered with citrus and subtle tropical fruit. The palate is bright and flavoursome, with punchy fruit intensity, fine texture and vibrant acidity carrying through to a long, clean and refreshing finish.
