Kalleske Semillon 'Elenore' 2022, Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Barossa Valley, South Australia
Fresh, textural and beautifully complex, this biodynamic Barossa Valley Semillon opens with white peach, lime and fresh hay, layered with roasted nuts, flint and a subtle earthy edge. The palate is medium-bodied and vibrant, with juicy grapefruit, slate, yeasty bread and marzipan adding depth and character. Gentle phenolic texture and a touch of creaminess are balanced by bright natural acidity, finishing long, clean and wonderfully composed.
Food Pairing: Perfect with barramundi, roast pork, mushroom dishes and hard cheeses. These are also Kalleske’s own recommended pairings for Elenore.
