Bright, juicy and beautifully refreshing, this biodynamic Barossa Valley Grenache Shiraz Rosé bursts with fresh summer berries, watermelon and rose florals, layered with lime cordial and a subtle touch of musk candy. The palate is light-bodied and vibrant, with crunchy natural acidity balancing a gentle hint of residual grape sweetness. Fresh, elegant and full of flavour, it finishes long, luminous and wonderfully drinkable.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled seafood, roast chicken, pork, duck, watermelon and feta salad, Mediterranean dishes and fresh summer salads. Kalleske itself recommends seafood, chicken, pork and duck with Rosina.
