Kalleske Grenache 'Parallax' 2024, Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Barossa Valley, South Australia
Bright, juicy and beautifully energetic, this biodynamic Barossa Valley Grenache opens with ripe strawberry, fresh rosemary and rhubarb, layered with fragrant florals, subtle earth and a gentle touch of spice. The palate is light-bodied and strikingly fresh, with crunchy berry fruit, savoury detail and fine chalky tannins giving the wine shape and texture. Slate-like minerality runs through the palate, leading to a long, vibrant finish that makes Parallax a wonderfully modern, refreshing expression of Barossa Grenache.
Food Pairing: Perfect with chargrilled chicken, lamb skewers, pork, grilled vegetables, Mediterranean dishes and other foods with a little smoke or char. Kalleske specifically recommends Parallax as a partner for foods with char.
