Hochkirch Wines Pinot Noir Rosé 2022, Biodynamic, Vegan, Keto - Tarrington, Victoria
Fresh, vibrant and beautifully savoury, this biodynamic Pinot Noir Rosé opens with raspberry and red cherry, followed by soft red berry fruit and subtle floral, herbal and spice notes. The palate is dry and refreshing, with lively acidity giving the wine excellent tension and drive while the fruit remains soft and generous through the middle. Pale pink-red in colour and wonderfully expressive, it finishes long, crisp and fresh with plenty of character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled salmon, roast chicken, charcuterie, Mediterranean salads, grilled prawns, pork tenderloin and soft cheeses.
