Bold, savoury and beautifully expressive, this organic Frankland River Touriga Nacional delivers vibrant cherry and early-season plum with young berry fruit, dried herbs and a distinctive savoury olive character. The palate is lush and deeply flavoured, with cherry and dark chocolate layered over fine gravelly tannins, salty liquorice and a generous core of ripe fruit. Fresh acidity keeps the richness balanced, leading to a bright, structured finish with plenty of depth and personality.
Food Pairing: Perfect with slow-cooked lamb shoulder, beef stew, grilled steak, braised beef cheeks, chorizo, chargrilled vegetables and mature hard cheeses.
