Frankland Estate Cabernet Franc 2022, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Frankland River, Western Australia

Vibrant, savoury and beautifully refined, this organic Frankland River Cabernet Franc opens with redcurrant, cranberry and violet, layered with plum, mulberry, spice and subtle graphite. The palate is juicy and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and fine, gravelly tannins giving the wine excellent shape and length. Gentle savoury, earthy and herbal notes add complexity, while large-format French oak supports the fruit without overpowering it, finishing fresh, structured and wonderfully expressive.

Food Pairing: Perfect with herb-crusted rack of lamb, roast beef with jus, mushroom dishes, chargrilled vegetables, roast pork and mature cheeses.

Vibrant ruby red with purple hues. Aromas of redcurrant, cranberry, violet, and spice lead into a juicy, textural palate. Plum and mulberry notes are supported by fine gravelly tannins and subtle savoury complexity. Playful yet refined, it opens beautifully in the glass.
