Charles Oliver Shiraz Grenache 'Cafe del Marc' 2023, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Pyrenees, Victoria
Savoury, vibrant and beautifully distinctive, this organic Pyrenees Shiraz Grenache blend delivers dark cherry and raspberry with brambly fruit, sweet earth, native bush herbs and a generous lift of white pepper. Medium-bodied with fresh acidity and a supple, suede-like texture, the palate has plenty of savoury depth and gentle grip without feeling heavy. The Grenache softens and brightens the Shiraz, creating a wonderfully balanced red with freshness, spice and serious drinkability.
Food Pairing: Perfect with roast lamb, grilled meats, slow-cooked stews, chargrilled vegetables, mushroom dishes and Asian-inspired dishes with savoury spice.
