The palate is juicy and energetic, with gentle lees texture and a softening influence from full malolactic fermentation, while fresh acidity keeps everything lively and precise. Aged across mature oak and stainless steel, it finishes long, saline and refreshing with an intriguing savoury character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with oysters, grilled prawns or scallops, ceviche, grilled white fish, herb-roasted chicken, goat’s cheese and fresh salads with citrus dressing.
