Dry, savoury and beautifully distinctive, this organic Pyrenees Rosé of Syrah delivers delicate red fruits with green olive, subtle spice and a gentle earthy edge. The palate has impressive texture and grip from basket pressing and time on lees in seasoned oak, while fresh acidity keeps the wine lively and balanced. More structured than a typical rosé, it has real depth and character without losing its freshness, finishing savoury, elegant and wonderfully food-friendly.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled octopus and lemon, roast chicken, chargrilled vegetables, Mediterranean dishes, Asian-inspired flavours, roast pork and savoury stews.
