Charles Oliver Wines Rosato Grenache 2024, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Pyrenees, Victoria
Fresh, dry and totally crushable, this is rosé with backbone. Crafted from Grenache grown in the rugged hills of Victoria, this vibrant Rosato bursts with wild strawberries, watermelon rind and a whisper of white pepper. It’s juicy yet crisp, with a savoury edge and just the right amount of texture, thanks to wild fermentation and time on lees.
At 11.8% ABV, it’s light on the booze but big on flavour. Organic-farmed, low preservative and vegan-friendly, this is your new go-to for spring lunches, beach picnics or doing absolutely nothing in the sun.
