Charles Oliver Grenache 'Rosato' 2024, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Pyrenees, Victoria
Fresh, savoury and beautifully textural, this organic Pyrenees Rosato delivers candied red fruits with wild strawberry, white pepper and layered herbs, underpinned by a subtle saline edge. The palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity and gentle salty tannins, giving the wine freshness, grip and plenty of character without feeling heavy. Vibrant, dry and wonderfully food-friendly, it sits somewhere between classic rosé and a light chilled red, finishing crisp, savoury and refreshing.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled seafood, roast chicken with herbs, Mediterranean salads with feta and olives, chargrilled vegetables, antipasti and lightly spiced dishes.
