Bright, silky and beautifully expressive, this organic McLaren Vale Pinot Noir delivers juicy strawberry, red cherry and vibrant red fruits with delicate floral notes and a subtle savoury edge. Light-bodied and fresh, the palate is finely balanced with gentle acidity and soft, silky tannins, giving the wine an elegant texture and a smooth, lingering finish. A lively, modern Pinot Noir that is wonderfully approachable while still showing plenty of character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, pork tenderloin, roast chicken and soft cheeses.
