Battle of Bosworth Chardonnay 2024, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - McLaren Vale, South Australia
Bright, layered and beautifully balanced, this organic McLaren Vale Chardonnay opens with white peach, nougat and roasted cashew, followed by ripe stone fruit, citrus and a gentle touch of tropical fruit. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, with finely judged French oak adding texture and savoury depth without overpowering the fruit. Fresh natural acidity keeps everything polished, vibrant and long through the finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect with roast chicken, grilled salmon, creamy pasta, seafood risotto, soft cheeses and dishes with a little richness or buttery texture.
