Tscharke Shiraz 'Stone Well' 2021 (Single Vineyard), Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Barossa Valley, South Australia
Powerful, fragrant and beautifully composed, this single-vineyard Barossa Shiraz delivers pure plum, black cherry and blackberry layered with bunchy spice, liquorice, dark chocolate, earth and lifted floral notes. Made with 25% whole bunches and matured for 15 months in French oak foudres and seasoned barrels, the palate is spacious and vibrant with juicy dark fruit, savoury spice, fresh acidity and firm, finely grained tannins, finishing long and beautifully balanced.
Food Pairing: Beef, lamb, venison, slow-cooked meats, chargrilled vegetables, mushroom dishes or mature cheeses.
