Full-bodied yet beautifully fresh, the palate combines crunchy acidity with fine tannins and a long, textural finish, giving this powerful Shiraz impressive balance, energy and ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Grilled or slow-cooked beef, lamb, venison, hearty roasted vegetables, mushroom dishes and mature cheeses.
