I have had a lot of Barossa Shiraz in my time but this one surprised me. It’s full-bodied, sure, but not heavy. You get the richness without the punch in the face. There’s something earthy underneath all that dark fruit, like a quiet strength. I Had it with slow-cooked lamb I made with rosemary from my garden and it was the perfect pairing. Also, hats off to the delivery. Bottle was wrapped beautifully and arrived in two days. First time ordering from Guilt Free Wine and I’ll be back.
