Tscharke Savagnin Grenache Blanc 'Girl Talk' 2023, Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Barossa Valley, South Australia
Bright, aromatic and beautifully fresh, this Barossa white blend bursts with citrus, nectarine, passionfruit and delicate floral notes, layered with chalky minerality, saline characters and a subtle herbal edge. Savagnin provides the mineral backbone, with Albariño adding brightness and Grenache Blanc bringing tropical fruit and texture, while five months on fine lees gives the palate a silky, finely textured feel and a long, crisp finish.
Food Pairing: Seafood, oysters, prawns, grilled fish, ceviche, fresh salads, goat's cheese, satay chicken or lightly spiced dishes.
