Tscharke Rose 2023, Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Barossa Valley, South Australia
Fresh, vibrant and beautifully textural, this Barossa Grenache Rosé delivers mandarin, grapefruit and delicate floral notes, layered with raspberry, sweet orange, subtle spice and a distinctive mineral edge. The palate is dry and juicy with bright acidity, fine savoury texture and a softly lingering finish, with stalk fermentation and lees ageing adding extra complexity and structure.
Food Pairing: Grilled salmon, prawns, Mediterranean salads, chargrilled vegetables, antipasto, soft cheeses or lightly spiced dishes.
