Tscharke Grenache 'Stone Well' 2021, Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Barossa Valley, South Australia
Pure, powerful and beautifully expressive, this single-vineyard Barossa Grenache bursts with raspberry, cherry, red plum and ripe strawberry, layered with red liquorice, dried herbs, white pepper, earthy spice and lifted floral notes. The palate is generous yet finely structured, with juicy red fruit, fresh acidity, firm sandy tannins and a distinctive mineral edge, while 13 months maturation in terracotta amphora preserves purity, texture and an exceptionally long, savoury finish.
Food Pairing: Chargrilled lamb, roast duck, pork, mushroom risotto, Mediterranean vegetables or mature cheeses.
