Temple Bruer Shiraz 'Preservative Free' 2022, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - South Australia
Deep, savoury and generously fruited, this organic preservative-free Shiraz opens with blueberry, blackberry and ripe plum layered with liquorice, clove and cracked black pepper. The palate is medium to full-bodied and dry, with rich black fruit, firm yet balanced tannins and layers of leather, fennel and subtle smoky complexity. Bold, expressive and beautifully savoury, it carries dark berries, pepper and warming spice through to a long, earthy finish with impressive depth and classic Shiraz character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with slow-roasted lamb shoulder, grilled beef, venison, smoky barbecue dishes, mushroom ragù or mature hard cheeses.
