Temple Bruer Shiraz Malbec 'Preservative Free' 2022, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Riverland, South Australia
Rich, juicy and beautifully expressive, this organic preservative-free Shiraz Malbec bursts with black cherry, redcurrant, blackberry and mulberry, layered with violet, spiced plum, star anise and clove. The palate is full-bodied and dry, with Malbec bringing generous blackberry and mulberry fruit, soft subtle tannins and layers of savoury spice, leather and gentle smoke. Bold, savoury and wonderfully approachable, it carries dark berries, plum and warming spice through to a long, smoky finish with richness, balance and plenty of character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with lamb, stuffed capsicum, mushroom dishes, grilled beef, slow-cooked meats or blue cheese.
