Temple Bruer Riesling 2024, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Eden Valley, South Australia
Bright, aromatic and beautifully precise, this organic Eden Valley Riesling opens with green apple, grapefruit and fresh lime, layered with jasmine, citrus blossom and delicate stone fruit. The palate is light-bodied and vibrant, with Meyer lemon and lime driven by racy natural acidity, while subtle ginger and white peach add softness and texture through the mid-palate. Elegant, energetic and wonderfully refreshing, it carries citrus, florals and stone fruit through to a long, clean finish with impressive tension and classic cool-climate Riesling character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with Thai roasted duck, spiced tofu, citrus ceviche, fresh seafood, sushi, Vietnamese rice-paper rolls or lightly spiced Asian dishes.
