Temple Bruer Cuvee Brut 'Preservative Free' 2021, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Murray River Region, South Australia
Crisp, zesty and beautifully invigorating, this organic preservative-free sparkling Chenin Blanc opens with green and yellow apple, Bosc pear and lime, layered with young coconut, quince and delicate jasmine. The palate is light-bodied and extra dry, with passionfruit, green fig and lemon curd carried by bright acidity, a fine chalky texture and a tight, persistent bead. Fresh, elegant and full of character, it carries orchard fruit, citrus and delicate tropical notes through to a long, clean finish with impressive energy and sparkling finesse.
Food Pairing: Perfect with fish meunière, white bean stew, oysters, grilled seafood, sushi, light canapés or fresh goat's cheese.
