Temple Bruer Cabernet Merlot 'Preservative Free' 2024, Organic, Preservative Free, Vegan - Murray River Region, South Australia
Rich, savoury and beautifully balanced, this organic preservative-free Cabernet Merlot shows blackcurrant, blackberry and ripe plum layered with violet, dark cherry, dried herbs and warm spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied and dry, with generous dark fruit, fresh acidity and firm yet finely textured tannins, while Merlot adds softness and roundness through the mid-palate. Structured, vibrant and wonderfully approachable, it carries cassis, plum and savoury spice through to a long, polished finish with gentle oak and plenty of dark-fruited character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled steak, roast lamb, mushroom ragù, eggplant parmigiana, slow-cooked beef, lentil dishes or mature cheeses.
