Tellurian Viognier 2024, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Heathcote, Victoria
Lush, aromatic and beautifully expressive, this organic Heathcote Viognier bursts with ripe apricot, loquat and golden stone fruit, layered with delicate florals, citrus zest and subtle savoury spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied and dry, with generous fruit weight, a plush rounded texture and barrel-derived richness balanced by enough freshness to keep the wine beautifully composed. Rich, vibrant and wonderfully characterful, it carries apricot, stone fruit and gentle spice through to a long, clean finish with lovely depth, freshness and distinctly Heathcote personality.
Food Pairing: Perfect with butternut squash risotto, French roast chicken, grilled prawns, pork belly, creamy pasta, mildly spiced curries or roasted vegetables.
