Tellurian Vermentino 2023, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Heathcote, Victoria
Zesty, vibrant and beautifully textural, this organic Heathcote Vermentino opens with crisp citrus, green apple and white peach, layered with ripe pear and a distinctive sea-spray salinity. The palate is light to medium-bodied and dry, with lively acidity, juicy orchard fruit and gentle lees-derived texture balanced by a subtle savoury grip. Fresh, energetic and wonderfully expressive, it carries citrus, stone fruit and saline minerality through to a long, clean finish with plenty of freshness and Mediterranean character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with oysters, calamari, grilled prawns, fresh fish, seafood pasta, summer salads, antipasti or chargrilled vegetables.
