Tellurian Rose 2024, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Heathcote, Victoria
Fresh, savoury and beautifully refined, this organic Heathcote Rosé opens with wild strawberry, cranberry and redcurrant, layered with delicate floral notes and a distinctive flinty mineral edge. The palate is light to medium-bodied and dry, with vibrant red fruit, refreshing acidity and a soft, chalky texture giving the wine freshness, finesse and subtle savoury depth. Elegant, energetic and wonderfully expressive, it carries strawberry, cranberry and mineral notes through to a long, clean finish with lovely tension and distinctly Heathcote character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled prawns, calamari, salmon, Mediterranean salads, chargrilled vegetables, grilled halloumi or light pasta dishes.
