Tellurian 'Tranter' Shiraz 2021, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Heathcote, Victoria
This is top-shelf Heathcote Shiraz; dark, refined, and built to impress - Sourced from ancient Cambrian soils, the 2021 Tranter layers bold plum and blackberry with pepper, licorice, cedar spice, and a whisper of graphite. It’s plush and full-bodied, but with enough acidity and fine tannin to keep it fresh, focused, and cellar-worthy.
Fermented in a mix of concrete, oak, and steel, then aged for 19 months in barrels and a massive 5000L French oak foudre, this wine is seamless from start to finish.
It’s serious Shiraz; structured, elegant, and deeply satisfying. Drink now or let it evolve for a decade.
