Tellurian Marsanne 2024, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Heathcote, Victoria
Elegant, aromatic and beautifully textural, this organic Heathcote Marsanne opens with honeysuckle and citrus blossom layered with green apple, lemon peel, ripe pear and subtle cardamom spice. The palate is medium-bodied and dry, with bright citrus acidity, generous fruit weight and gentle French-oak texture bringing richness without sacrificing freshness. Refined, savoury and quietly powerful, it carries orchard fruit, citrus and floral spice through to a long, mineral finish with lovely balance, texture and distinctly Heathcote character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with smoked chicken, grilled seafood, roast chicken, creamy risotto, fennel and orange salad, roasted vegetables or soft cheeses.
