Tellurian GSM 2024, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Heathcote, Victoria
Bright, juicy and beautifully balanced, this organic Heathcote GSM brings together Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre with lifted raspberry, red cherry and plum layered over subtle earthy notes, dried herbs and gentle spice. The palate is medium-bodied and vibrant, with generous red fruit, fresh acidity and soft, plush tannins creating an elegant texture with plenty of savoury depth. Supple, expressive and wonderfully moreish, it carries raspberry, cherry and plum through to a long, gently spiced finish with freshness, balance and distinctly Heathcote character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled lamb, roast chicken, chargrilled vegetables, roasted vegetable tagine, mushroom dishes, Mediterranean-style meals or semi-hard cheeses.
