Tellurian Fiano 2023, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Heathcote, Victoria
Rich, aromatic and beautifully textural, this organic Heathcote Fiano opens with white peach and ripe stone fruit layered with crisp apple, citrus, beeswax and a subtle touch of toasted almond. The palate is medium-bodied and dry, with generous fruit weight, fresh acidity and a creamy lees-derived texture balanced by savoury spice and gentle salinity. Complex, energetic and distinctly individual, it carries peach, citrus and honeyed nuttiness through to a long, mineral finish with lovely freshness and savoury drive.
Food Pairing: Perfect with seared scallops, grilled seafood, creamy pasta, roast cauliflower, risotto, soft cheeses or Mediterranean vegetable dishes.
