The palate is light-bodied and dry, with juicy strawberry fruit, crisp acidity and a clean, mouth-watering freshness that keeps the wine lively and effortless. Vibrant, fresh and wonderfully approachable, it carries strawberry and citrus through to a clean, savoury finish with plenty of energy and refreshing drive.
Food Pairing: Perfect with chargrilled lamb, seared tuna, fresh prawns, watermelon and feta salad, Mediterranean vegetables, soft goat's cheese or light summer dishes.
