Bright, aromatic and beautifully textural, this organic preservative-free Pinot Gris opens with ripe pear, crisp apple and fresh citrus, lifted by delicate jasmine, rose petal and subtle floral spice. The palate is light to medium-bodied and dry, with juicy pear and apple, preserved lemon and a gentle honeyed richness balanced by lively citrus acidity. Fresh, expressive and wonderfully vibrant, it carries floral notes, orchard fruit and citrus through to a clean, lifted finish with lovely texture and refreshing drive.
Food Pairing: Perfect with pork schnitzel, sushi, fresh prawns, Thai-style salads, orange and fennel salad, grilled seafood or soft cheeses. The exact 2024 tasting information specifically recommends pork schnitzel and orange and fennel salad.
